After completing the Rider's Edge course, I decided to buy a new motorcycle; I chose the same model used in the training class, the H-D Street 500 (XG500). I have been totally pleased with the purchase. Everyone involved (especially the sales rep, Vinny) was super; they were attentive to my interest. After the purchase, I chose to install a couple of accessories and had them installed in the service department; everything was done right, there, too! I recently had the bike in for its 1000 mile checkup after doing 500-600 miles ride; I was very pleased to average about 62 mpg, while driving in the 55-65 mph range (after all it didn't have many miles on it, yet!). Overall, I am super pleased with the dealership and its entire staff: super nice folks to work with!!

I tried to fix an issue I was having with my bike myself. I tried to replace the Idle Air Control because my bike was running a little odd. After hours of frustration I finally got the part installed but when I started my bike it ran like I had the throttle wide open. After about a week of trying to figure out what was wrong with my bike I finally called Dillon to see if they could help me. I told them I couldn't bring my bike there because it's not rideable so I said I'd have to call AAA to tow it there. They then told me it would only be $25 to pick it up so I had them do it. Three days after they picked up they called me and told me my bike was fixed and they only charged me $167 to fix it and everyone I dealt with was incredibly nice and honest. So far every experience I've had there, whether it was buying parts or getting my bike fixed has been positive. Thanks for fixing my bike and being honest with me! I highly recommend this dealership!

Bryan Polland sold us our first bike there and did such a great job with getting us exactly what we wanted and made our experience there a great one so of course we contacted him again and he remembered us and our first bike we traded in. It feels great when they remember you by name two years later! We have had the service and parts department both do stuff for us and they are just as great! Very welcoming and respect your bike like it's their own. The financing guys get you in and out so fast and are great. We can't forget the ladies in the clothing department. I love them and they always help me find just what I'm looking for. (My husband sometimes wish they weren't so helpful haha)

We were in town for another event, not knowing the area and needing a gift for a friends birthday we stopped in the dealership in Fremont last Saturday, 2/28. After looking around and purchasing something we asked about the area and places to check out. We were pleased the employees gave us many ideas from restaurants to clubs. We drove into Omaha for dinner at J's Steakhouse. I would just like to thank the folks at your dealership for not steering us wrong, that place is the best. If not for the hospitality of your employees we would have had fast food, (I hate fast food!).

I am a good consumer I shop around and no one has ever even come close to the deals Jason gets me. gave me more than trade in for my trade and the other shop in town was less and the one in iowa was even less than them.

I can't say enough about my experience. I ended up not bidding high enough to get the winning bid on a bike that was offered on eBay through DB HD but was contacted afterward by Solomon.
At first I wasn't interested but after checking their website I saw this 14 Daytona blue ultra limited I had to have. I checked with other dealers near me but nobody would match their price.
I had them send pics and verify there were no marks on the bike anywhere and felt convinced. I bought the bike sight unseen other than cellphone pictures texted to me and verbal description.
Paperwork was mailed andi financed on my end. . Everything went smooth and done in a matter of days. Solomon ended up leaving the dealership but I was contacted promptly by Kaylee letting me know. (I apologize if I spelled your name wrong)
Drove the 1150 miles round trip this past Saturday and picked up the bike. I walked in their doors and the first bike I seeis mine gleaming in the lights with a sold sign and my name on it. They were having a blood drive and very busy so the only person I could find ftee was in parts but he got me some help and it was all good. Went over the bike with me and helped me load it into trailer. Very friendly people including the girl in checkout where we bought a couple shirts before leaving.
Have no fear dealing with these guys.
Hell...I might drive 18 hours again to buy my next bike from them.

Vinny was my sales person I called to see what they had on hand after I had been looking on ther web site. He set up time for me to ride a bike they had listed and I went up and test rode bike only to pull back into dealership to find out it was sold. needles to say I was not happy but he ask me to give him a minute and he went to check what eles they had in what I was interested in. Service department had quick turn around with good delivery. On the last visit though, I purchased replacement chromed screws for hand control housings. Noticed right away that while the original screws were Torx head the replacements were Allen head. Went to replace screws and noticed that the one screw seemed much more snug and was unable to back it out. So, I've not replaced the other two as I think they may not be the correct screws for replacing originals."

I would like to see a lane for picking up SOP's and business orders. When I come in, I usually know what I need and have a list. Respectfully, I don't have the time to waste while I stand around waiting on a retail customer to go over the entire parts book with a counter person, trying to make a decision on something. Service Department' I drive an hour and a hour just have my bike serviced every 5000 miles even though there is a Harley dealer ship in my town. I do this just because of the awesome customer service I receive at Dillon brothers Harley Davidson. It doesn't matter how long it has been between visits they always remember my name and who I am from service to sales to apaeral. It's a friendly warm atmosphere and you never feel rushed they treat you like one of the family.

"Service Department' made appointment for oil change and check front shocks for air leakage. 4 days later I received my bike, only after repeated call to find out the status. When I arrived bike was still on the rack and I had to wait till they got it down ad test drove it. Come to find out that they only did the oil change and needed more time to replace the air shock O-rings if I wanted to wait. Was informed by service advisor that since it was bike week they had a lot of last minuet drop offs. I had a scheduled appointment and should have come first before a drop off customer. Communication from service department was very poor. Customer should not have to keep calling to find out the status of their bike, especially when the advisor tells you they will contact you."

"Service Department' I bought my 2007 Ultra Classic from Dillon's in the spring of this year. I opted for the Extended Service Plan and am very pleased with that decision. I bought my Ultra classic in for a head pipe repair on the rear cylinder. I mentioned to the service writer(twice) that this was warranty work , he offered to wash it while it was there I agreed. I came back to pick the bike up 2 days later and was told they didn't have time to wash it. I was handed a bill and told to see the cashier, I gave the cashier my warranty card, cashier acted as though she had never seen one before, she went to service to find out about it and returned and told me I was to let service know about warranty work. Work was done properly but not happy with customer service aspect."

I have been a customer at Dillons Omaha since 2005 when I bought my first Harley and have bought several from them since. They have always went above and beyond to address any issue I have had.
